| Thank You For Your Support At Ramsey Day | |||
| The Ramsey Hockey Association wants to thank everyone who stopped by and visited the RHA ice hockey booth during Ramsey Day. This year was another huge success from the annual ice pop sales and the newly added attraction, CHEXX Bubble Ice Hockey game. A big thanks to all the volunteers who donated their time selling pops and merchandise. | |||
| Ramsey Squirts Win 2011 Spring Championship | |||

| Ramsey Squirts win the 2011 Ice Vault inhouse spring league by upsetting the #2 seed Blazers on Friday night. Then on Sunday, Ramsey stepped up and defeated #1 ranked Mahwah with a stunning come-from-behind, 3rd period rally to win 4-3 and take the championship. This is the third year this core group of players has won the Ice Vault spring league at both the Mite and Squirt levels. The RHA is very fortunate to have players with such passion and talent. These wins were a huge challenge and everyone on the team contributed to this championship. They all shoud be proud of their accomplishments. Congratulations and thanks for a very exciting spring. Everyone have a great summer and we will see you all in the fall. |

| Ramsey Varsity Head Coach Bob Toy Receives 2011 Coach Of The Year Award |

Ramsey Varsity head coach Bob Toy is awarded the 2011 Suburban Hockey Coach of the Year Award. This is the third time Coach Toy has been presented with this award and recognized for his outstanding achievements in coaching boys high school ice hockey in New Jersey. Congratulations to Coach Toy and winning this award. We look forward to an exciting 2012 boys ice hockey season. |

| RHA Mourns The Passing of Lou Molino, 68 | |||
It is with great sadness that we relay the news of the passing of Lou Molino, long-time Ramsey High School Athletic Director. Lou was one of the longest tenured AD’s in Bergen County and a very strong supporter of Ramsey Hockey. Ramsey Hockey will surely miss him. |

| Ramsey Hockey Unveils New Jersey Design | |||

For the first time since the Ramsey Hockey Association (RHA) debuted in 1997, the RHA's youth players will begin wearing a newly designed jersey in the fall of 2010. The new jersey design (seen to the left) now looks similar to the Ramsey High School JV and Varsity team’s road jerseys. This decision was made to help illustrate the synergy that exists between the RHA's younger level players and the High School teams. Many of the Ramsey High School players began their hockey careers with the RHA as Mite and Squirt level players. It seemed logical that to reinforce this fact, all players that play within the RHA family would wear similar looking jerseys. The RHA's board of directors and everyone associated with youth hockey in Ramsey is very excited about this new jersey design. So keep your eyes open for our players wearing these on the ice and around town in the coming months. | ||
