Shoot-Out Thriller at West Point
NJ Rams Treated to a Day of Festivities at the United States Military Academy

January 30th, 2013

The NJ Rams faced-off against rival Wayne at the Tate Rink at the United States Military Academy in a thriller that ended in a 2-1 heartbreaking loss for our Rams.  The game was filled with end-to-end action, great defense, outstanding goaltending and a nail-biting bonus shoot-out where Rams goalie Michael Hyland stopped the first 17 Wayne shooters before finally yielding the first goal.

The day of festivities at West Point continued with a bus tour of the Military Academy, a buffet for both teams and their families and a chalk-talk for the players by the Army Black Knights' Assistant Coach.  The day concluded with attending a sold-out college game where the Black Knights scored a 4-1 victory over the Royal Military College of Canada.
