The Ramsey Hockey Association (RHA) is proud to present the return of “Intro to Street Hockey” for boys and girls, grades K - 5. Sessions will run for 3 consecutive Sundays starting on October 9 and ending on October 23rd. This program will introduce your child to the rules of hockey through either clinic and game play. All sessions will be held at the Finch Park hockey rink (behind the basketball courts).

Certified hockey coaches from the Ramsey Ice Hockey Association will be running all clinic sessions and every child will receive a free RHA street hockey jersey. Participation is FREE and registration can be completed via mail by clicking here, download and filling out the RHA registration form and all waiver forms then mailing them to: Ramsey Hockey c/o T. Barone 10 Snyder Ave. Ramsey. You can also register in person at Ramsey Day on September 10th. Just stop by the RHA booth and pick up a form.

Children in grades K - 2 will have a clinic that focuses on stick handling, passing, shooting and the values of team play. This will be a skill development age group.

Children in grades 3-5 will have an hour of street hockey games for the entire hour session. During these sessions emphasis will be placed on fundamentals of game play and positioning.

April 2012

In the Spring of 2012 Ramsey Hockey will begin an in-town street hockey league for Ramsey residents in grades K-5. This is still a project in the development stage and we NEED PARENT INVOLVEMENT!

We need volunteers to coach RHA street hockey teams for the spring of 2012. If you are interested in getting involved, we could really use your help. Spend 1 hour a weekend during the Spring coaching your child's street hockey team. NO traveling required because all games are in Ramsey at the street hockey rink.
